Performance Valet is a premium mobile valeting service, we will come to you.
To reduce noise pollution we don’t carry generators, so we will require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power. Performance Valet is not responsible for the cost of electricity whilst we provide our services. We carry our own water on board, but access to an outside tap is appreciated where possible.
For insurance purposes, as well as staff and vehicle safety, Performance Valet will not commence work on any vehicle that is on the main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks.
If your location has any of the above issues, please contact us first and we will try our best to find a suitable solution.
All bookings are deposit-based, and bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. Deposits are paid direct to Performance Valet via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amount dependent on location, package, and/or work needed.
Within 48 hours of booking, Performance Valet will happily alter your booking to another nominated person, providing the address or location meets all other terms and conditions.
Performance Valet cannot control acts of traffic, acts of God or acts of others. If Performance Valet has to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unforeseen incident, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If this is not possible, a full refund of deposit will be honoured.
Prior to our arrival, you must ensure that sufficient space is avaliable for both the booked vehicle and our van, along with sufficient movement around the vehicles. Boot is required to be emptied to a reasonable level to allow for cleaning of this area.
Performance Valet will not be held responsible nor accept liability for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. If you have items of value, we suggest these are removed prior to our visit.
If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges will apply. We advise if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated on the booking date before any work commences.
Upon completion of the service, you will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and confirm the service has been completed per the specification of the booked package. Should you be unsatisfied with any part of the service, we request you make us aware of this at the time to allow us to rectify the points.
On booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable.
Payment must be made by card, bank transfer or cash immediately after work has been completed unless prior arrangements have been made.
We offer a Maintenance Scheme to loyal returning customers who have undergone The Valet, The Deep Clean, or an Enhancement & Coating Package and have decided to continue allowing us to maintain the vehicle to this high standard on a regular basis.
These packages are required because we take all the necessary steps and correct methods to prepare the vehicle for maintenance. Anything above 6 weeks is not maintenance because it will be harder for us to bring it back to that Deep Clean result every visit.
If your vehicle has experienced any heavy soiling between visits, we kindly advise that you inform us prior to our next agreed visit as we may need to allow additional time be spent on your vehicle. This allows us to ensure we are not late to other client bookings and maintain our reliable and trustworthy reputation.
